What this site collects.
The only thing this site collects is what you hand it on purpose.
What we keep.
If you leave your email address: the address, the date and time you sent it, and which page of ours the box was on. If you chose to send the words you typed in the job box, those too. That is the whole list.
What we don't do.
No analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party form service, no cookies that follow you. We don't sell or share what you leave with anyone.
Who holds it.
What you leave is stored with the database company we use, and the site is served by a hosting company. Like any web host, it keeps ordinary server records, such as network addresses, for a short time to run and protect the site. To stop one person flooding the box, our own code holds a network address in memory for up to ten minutes and never writes it down. We don't use any of this to find out who you are.
What we use it for.
Two things: sending your sign-in link when your account opens, and occasionally how the build is going. Nothing else.
Getting removed.
Write to hello@hellodaymaker.com and say "remove". We delete your address and anything attached to it within three days.
